Its so easy:
To rent a Bag you have to create an account. We ask you to upload your ID because of the valuable items we rent out. You can of course hide your BSN number. We accept passport or driver’s license or ID-card. You have to be 18 years at least.
Thereafter we will verify your ID and address. After approval you receive an email and you are ready to rent!
The proces is done manually and can take a while. The approval-proces is done daily form 09:00 to 17:00.
Choose a bag you love and select your desired period. Most Bags are available for 3, 7, 14 and 28 days. If you want to use a bag in the morning be sure you set de first day to the day before you want to use it. We do not deliver on Sundays and Holidays.
Add the bag to your basket, choose postal delivery, pickup at our office or custom delivery (we bring and collect the rented Bag at your address; only in The Hague area). You can rent one bag at the time.
On the last day of your rental period, return the bag back to us with the return label from the package. Use POST NL. We already paid for the return. You can also drop it off at our office before 17:00 if you like. Custom pick-up at Sophisticated Closet is also possible.
